I got my wedding dress here in fact I got 2 dresses here and the ladies were super sweet and awesome! Thank you and I'm sorry that your one store went out of business but you made my shopping experience amazing!

Beautiful gowns but terrible customer service with unfriendly attitudes. When I asked for assistance when trying on gowns, no one could be found to help me. When I did try on a wedding dress that was just not my style, a worker did comment on how nice I looked in it. I of course thanked her and explained this dress just wasn’t me. Unfortunately the worker then said to me “oh my gosh really” and rolled her eyes. My daughter's entire appointment felt rushed & impersonal. She wasn't allowed to browse & her consultant brought HER picks to my daughter. To top it off, the consultant was in jeans & flip flops. Not a fan & will not recommend to anyone.

Came here for my little sisters dress fitting and her fitter was so accommodating and really listened and paid attention to what style my sister was looking for and what looks were flattering for her body type. We had a great time and my sister was all smiles!

I'm very concerned by the attitude of the staff toward requests to wear masks. If customer service is meant to be a priority, and a customer expresses concern for their health and safety and asks for staff to wear masks for the limited time required for interaction, it shouldn't be that big a deal. This is especially the case when, for a wedding coming up in the near term, elderly family members will be in attendance.
