Just Awful – I had the EXACT same experience as w3ndy. Made an appt several days in advance, was told to be there upon opening, then waited until after 5:00 pm --and she was still wet! There were a lot of dogs running around loose and the place seemed unclean. My little one pee'd a river once outside and went straight to her water bowl once home. She also barked furiously in the car and stayed agitated for hours after. --And the price was not cheap! Terrible!!
WORST Pet grooming business – Worst pet grooming business I have ever been to.Made appt 2 days before was told to bring pets at9am. Kept my two small dogs from 9am to 6:45. Did not start grooming till I arrived to pick-up at 6pm. Site is dirty and smells like uncleaned used kennel. Charges at whim on grooming. Looked like she only trimmed the potty area of dogs and placed a wired edged ribbon around neck with wire piercing skin.
