When my mom passed away they resized the ring so I could wear it to the funeral. Very fast. Now I went back and was treated very well on redoing prongs on 2 rings. Plus the 3 rings that were not worth fixing I put towards a new ring. They took the time to go over everything with me and my best options. Very friendly, helpful and I love the Boston terrier!
