Me and my girlfriend went in to get some ideas for an engagement ring and just browse around. The owner, Shawn, quickly made us feel extremely welcome. He knew we were not looking to buy that day yet still took an hour out of his day to teach us everything there is to know about diamond rings. I was not expecting for someone to be that helpful and kind and to walk out of the store feeling like I know all there is to know about rings. Went in for my inspection and thankful I did. They found that my main diamond was loose. Luckily the gentleman who fixes/repairs the jewelry, was on site and available to tighten it up. It took only a matter of minutes to have it fixed and back on my hand! Great customer service! I would highly recommend checking this jeweler out!
