From the appointment booking to delivery, Adam's professionalism and expertise really elevated our first ring shopping experience. My fiance was especially impressed by Adam's eloquence and patience to explain the many minute details regarding all the different options. Despite some delays stemming from courier issues, Adam kept us updated and informed. And ultimately, delivered us a beautiful engagement ring per our design.

Recently bought some diamond earrings for a anniversary present. They were incredibly price competitive, and Adam at the Vancouver office was great and easy to deal with. The earrings themselves are gorgeous and we are very happy with them.
