Did a custom engagement diamond with Luksus diamonds. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted after visiting lots of retail stores so Adam was able to help pinpoint exactly what I needed and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Everything was very transparent which I appreciated and my now fiance absolutely loves it!

I initially did all the browsing and purchasing on my own, but I realized later that I could have avoided a few small mistakes by scheduling an appointment with Adam from the start. His service was outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option.
