very terible snd selfish letting agentz, rented a house from them and 6 month later ther sent us a no fault eviction, i was heavily pregnant, Dean kept calling and harrassing myself and my husband aboit leaving the preperty early even tho we have 6 month to leave, dean promised to reimburse a one month rent back to us if we leave at a certain period.l because they wanted us out of the house so badly. due to the frequent calls, we left this prople didnt even give us back our deposit or reimburse the one month rent.
Consistently excellent service from the whole team. Brilliant communication. Always friendly and professional and efficient. Every query I have had has been followed up on promptly and all maintenance issues have been dealt with well and swiftly. Highly recommended!
Not good :( moving in home was easy enough, but diamonds seem to be unable to feedback our requests to the landlord and we have not heard anything in months on what we have politely requested. A shame
AVOID this company if you can, if you really can't then please please make sure you have a THOROUGH INVENTORY of the rental property before you move in and check it twice!! They tried to blame and charge me for items left in a garage I didnt even have keys for!! House was in better condition and a lot cleaner when I left than when I moved in but they never provided an inventory on the property when I moved in and that was a huge mistake, please push them for one, on leaving they found false things wrong with the property so ... read more
