She was kind, professional, and truly cared about helping me out on short notice. Thanks to her and the team, my ring fits perfectly, and I was able to leave town with it just in time. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been super friendly and welcoming! It’s been a pleasure to work with Jared. He’s answered all of our questions so well and has been very patient with us. He showed us multiple sizes and variations of diamonds, and also stayed mindful of our price point. We have never felt rushed or pressured while we were discussing options. Hilda is great
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Hilda and he states she was very helpful from the beginning. I had to resize my ring and I live out of town, but she was able to have my ring ready the next day. Hilda and Victor, general manager, were very helpful. I recommend asking for Hilda.
