I called around different jewelers to see if they offered ring resizing. One place only had one jeweler and they were only available on Mondays, that was unacceptable to me. The other place I called gave me a bit of a hard time about it so that was a no go. My last call was to Diamonds Direct. The girl who answered the phone was so helpful and very nice. Due to my wife’s line of work her wedding ring had been worn beyond repair so Courtney helped us pick a new one and always leaned toward options that were less pricey and taught us a few tips and tricks along the way!!!! She wasn’t pushy but was very helpful! She deserves a raise!!!!
Needed my prongs tighten on my engagement ring and Enrique took care of me as soon as I walked in the door, answered all my questions and created a new solution! I was told it would take about a week or so to get my ring back which thankfully they fixed in the house. I got a text less than 48 hours later saying that my ring is ready for pick up a big shout out to Lorenzo for taking the time and detail to fix my beautiful ring! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
