My experience at Nina Wynn was phenomenal. Darby worked with me during my appointment and was an absolute gem! I went in for an ear mapping and piercing session and Darby was so helpful and informative from beginning to end. She really took the time to curate a look that balanced the anatomy of my ear and masked an error from a previous piercer. The people here are so kind! I got my helix pierced and bought a hoop. I do not know a lot about piercings. Months had passed and my hoop and piercing were not healing. Mind you this hoop was over $150!! Eventually a friend told me to switch it out with a stud. I got one off Etsy, and started the healing process over. It's been fine since then but I feel like I was misled initially. Long story short, do your own research before.
