Called this morning to set up an appointment for jewelry appraisal. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was upbeat and professional but personable. Can't wait to go and meet them. Hope my earrings are worth millions. 😂

I had my engagement ring resized and then my engagement and wedding rings soldered together and was incredibly impressed with the service. Work is impeccable, staff is friendly and helpful, and both services took less than 24 hours. I cannot recommend Diamonds and More enough!
Was browsing when I was asked if I wanted a complimentary ring cleaning. I was glad I took them up on it because between my two rings there were many loose prongs that needed repair. That job was completed in less than 24 hours. I’ll be back for further shopping; they have quite a selection. I appreciate their no-pressure approach.
