I have loved my experience living at the Wilbur CT locations. I think I actually have the unit that the person who reviewed with a 1 star has. Her complaint was the cars on the streets, but it's a public street. The city is responsible for the street and all of the neighbors are respectful in regards to being willing to move a vehicle if more room is needed. The entire experience, from our first viewing with Katrina to the day it was ours has been easy and free of hassle. All our questions were answered promptly. The home itself is wonderful! We love, love, love our home. It is clean and so very comfortable! Very pleased.
We absolutely love our townhome!! The spacious and modern floor plan allows for comfortable living and is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is amazing - lots of counter space and open to the living and dining room. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and provide tons of natural light. The management team is so great. Katrina (the manager), makes sure that the community stays clean and that everything runs smoothly. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her tenants.
