Mike from Diamond Lines delivered a bathroom vanity for me this morning. Mike called ahead so I'd know to expect him. He arrived at the exact time he told me. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to unload and placed exactly where I needed it. It was a very pleasant interaction and I appreciate it!

Exceptional service! The delivery driver went above and beyond by delivering to a location UPS wouldn’t reach. On top of that, they backed the truck into a challenging spot and used a pallet jack to get my shipment right to the back of my shop. Truly impressive effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This company delivered flooring for our home today. There was a mixup where the order did not come on the scheduled date due to an AI error in their system. However, I was super impressed with how seriously this company takes its customer service and how they worked vigorously to get that shipment out here at lightening speed, as we had hired professionals who were out here ready to install it and we were waiting on it. Would recommend.

Flawless delivery today. The driver texted me to let me know when he was 30 min out, and I could track the truck through their website. Everything went perfectly.
