We bought two magnetic boards to cover our fireplace, for our kids to play with (magnatiles, magnets etc). Both panels arrived with bent corners due to packaging issues (their corner protectors were not taped/secured on to protect the corners, so they slipped off some corners in transit) and also (of course) careless shipping banged up the corners of the exterior box. I ordered my diamond plate. Received it in decent time frame. However, the problem is it came in a rolled up box. The plate was made to lay flat on a another sheet of metal. The material does not lay. Flat will not lay flat. I had to screw it every 6 in and it still does not lay flat, I received absolutely no heads up that this was going to be the scenario or any other choice of shipping, Taylor called and basically all they did was apologize for not me not being happy with a product that is inferior. We received two 16”x24” wall boards just fine and it took no time at all to install them. Everything was very well package, and the instructions were clear. We used the double stick adhesives which allowed for a simple installation and clean look. The material looks nice and functions as expected, just check out my fotos. We would recommend this product, and will perhaps buy another.
