Poor service, poor communication.Terrible job and terrible attitude dealing with rat infestation. I was left to remove dead carcasses because they never checked the bait. Never plugged the holes in the foundation so I had to check the perimeter myself. I explained the rats were in the columns and they did nothing.
Excelllent and professional. Very well knowledged on how to keep your pest problem under wraps.
Just spoke with Todd! He has great “bedside manner”/ customer service and kept my emotions at ease while informing of some facts relative to the termites on the Gulf Coast.
Todd and his crew at Diamondhead Termite &Pest do a great job. We moved to Diamondhead in July of last year and hired them to "Clean" our house of pests before we moved in and to maintain that level of service. We are completely satisfied with our decision to go with them. Pest free for a year. Could not ask for more.
