Our family has been with this pool company for almost a year now. And we don't think this is a very good pool company because our pool guy doesn't seem to take care of our pool. Our pool is turning green and we feel as if this pool company could care less. The way they treat there customers is unexpetable and they don't care for the needs of the customer. Ryan was super. He responded timely, identified and fixed pool leak. Prices quoted were reasonable and comparable to other companies contacted. Additionally, he was very professional, explained both projects thoroughly, completed as quoted, and cleaned up after completion. Have already recommended him to a friend. Additionally, he answered any and all questions, even some not related to the service I contracted (such as explaining how the filter works) and swept the pool. Kudos! Great job.

We had a suction side leak at our pool since we purchased our home. This past summer the leak became so big that the pool vacuum would no longer work. We like to try and attempt projects on our own, but this one was a bit big for us to tackle. We tried the project but had to call Ryan and we are so glad we did. Ryan was courteous, fast and ready to help. He explained what was going on with the broken piping, what the fix would be and how to work with repairing the decking.
