Our experience with Diamondback Painting was very positive; from understanding our needs, the estimate and proposal, to on the job performance. Miguel (crew leader) and Joe did an excellent job. Miguel frequently checked in with me and when issues were identified, they were resolved immediately. They took personal ownership for the job. We had a great experience with Diamondback Painting. They painted the exterior of our home. They took care to restore the siding thoroughly and prepare everything before they began and that care really shows in the final result. Miguel, Joseph, and Rich were great. They were decent but I would not use again. We used them to paint our external house trim and stucco. When I called and asked the project manager for assistance with a paint color, he basically told me it wasn't their job and I could go to Sherwin Williams to get a paint sample myself or I could order paint samples. I ordered paint samples online and they didn't arrive for over a week and the company kept reaching out to ask what color I wanted so they could start the job.
