Terrible. I completed the intake form and I had an appointment set with a specific lawyer. It was Douglas Kouffie, he did not call me. When I called to mentioned what happened and to see if someone could talk to me right away nothing was done. The rep answering the phone did not even say sorry. I understand it when things happen. It's common courtesy to say sorry AND to offer options to a mistreated customer.
