I brought in an expensive custom suit for dry cleaning, only to find that the buttons had been ruined. I was shocked that they didn’t take proper precautions to protect them during cleaning. When I asked for replacements, they couldn’t provide similar buttons, leaving me no choice but to return to the original suit store for re-alteration—a process that took over a month. We brought brand-new curtains here to get a price for adding a blackout backing. They asked us to leave them, promising a call that night. After a week of daily follow-ups and excuses, we gave up and told them we were coming to retrieve them. They said we couldn’t come until later in the afternoon because the curtains weren’t at the store. When we finally got them back, they were filthy.
