Ordered a replacement 6.7 Powerstroke Motor on Monday morning and picked up our truck Friday afternoon! Beyond impressed. Always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
While driving thru New Mexico on a road trip I had a sudden brake issue in Artesia. Edgar helped me out, ordered new brake pads, trouble-shooted some other issues and had me back on the road in about 90 minutes. Extremely professional and kind and a true life saver!
He did work for my husband and was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all cost.
I hired them to repair the air conditioner on my grandson's car. They couldn't get on it for several weeks, but because they had the best price, I was willing to wait. I dropped it off and they called the next day to tell me the girl in the office made a mistake and it would be almost $200 more than quoted. This took them from being the least expensive to the most expensive They had be between a rock and a hard place and I felt like I didn't have a choice. I will never use them again.
Best place they fixed my AC in the same day Carlsbad Ford couldn't even fix it in the same day nor could keep it running for more than 2 months before it would blow hot air and they would just give me excuses why my AC wasn't running properly for 2 years I am so thankful for these people that helped me much appreciated I will only bring my vehicles to these people now in suggest you do too thank you again!!
