Our A/C unit was not cooling as it should. We have used Diamondback A/C, Heating & Refrigeration for previous service and loved their professional technicians. The temperature read 81 degrees when it was set at 78 degrees. It was not keeping up with the setting on the thermostat on Saturday evening. My AC system had been short-cycling, and I called my then AC service provider (AirTron) to come out and have a look at it. I was supposed to have priority scheduling with them, and they not only scheduled me out 24 hours from the moment I called, but had the nerve to reschedule me for another 24 after that. Robert was excellent while doing my A/C tune up. Explained everything he was doing and took his time to make sure and check everything correctly! This was my first service call with them and I will definitely be calling them back for my future HVAC needs.
We have had nothing but issues with a brand new HVAC system installed by Diamondback in 2020. We have the unit maintained by Diamondback based on schedule they recommend. They have been out several times for issues with the system. The last straw was this past week when the ac failed and our 85 year old mom, in end stage dementia, had to endure a 91° temp in the house.
