I scheduled an appointment with Vanessa on one day, and withing 48 hours, Duke was at my door to perform an initial semi-annual service inspection. He was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions and/or concerns! I made a great choice going with Diamondback A/C, Heating, and Refrigeration.
Called on a Saturday because I was having issues with my home AC. Within the time slot given, Duke showed up and went straight to work. He clearly explained every step what he was going to check and do. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had for him. He even took the initiative to also check my heater and found some adjustments that needed to be done when it gets cold to help with the winter times.
