Once again Diamondback got us back up and running and cooling the house. I have used Diamondback for AC work since I moved here. Yesterday my AC wasn't cooling the house so I called Diamondback and scheduled a service call for today. Dillon arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got straight to work. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made the necessary repairs while keeping me informed of the problems he found and also advised of the parts needed and the cost.
