The staff are very rude and dismissive. The man complained about fixing my ring the correct way. The women in there totally ignored me when I was speaking with her. They are not very friendly. I definitely will never shop there again. I would have said something if you said you would use white stones if you didn’t have purple because it’s a BIRTHSTONE ring. That was never stated in the beginning because I would have said absolutely not. Nice try though.

Joe, at the Rome store, is a very wonderful salesman! Helped me “design” a beautiful ring! Is a very nice and personable man! Enjoyed his easiness and respectful manners! Will be my go to jewelry place to shop!
Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very competitive prices and a wide selection. If they dont have it on hand they will find it. One happy customer. Will definitely be doing all my jewelry shopping here.
