I am a long time patient of Dr. Rosenfeld. When Diamond Women's Healthcare took place, I had the pleasure of having Erin perform my Well Women's exam every year. She is very good at keeping me informed throughout my exam. I really appreciate all of the support from all of the staff members. Everyone is very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I feel very comfortable with all of the staff members.
The front desk staff was warm and friendly. I completed most of the paperwork on Zocdoc, so check in was quick with only a few additional forms needed. The nurse practitioner, Erin, had a very calm and caring demeanor. She answered all of my questions and helped to ease my concerns.
The staff was very nice !
The team is super nice, I was late due to getting lost and I was still seen. The staff were very helpful and Doctor Erin was very gentle, nice and very easy to talk to. I definitely will go back, the customer service alone is amazing.
