I had been jerked around by a few different Verizon stores in the area giving me different information about what my plan offered, when I could upgrade my phone, etc. I came into Diamond Wireless frustrated by what I had been put through to that point and was helped by Anthony, who has been nothing but amazing in helping me make sense of the Edge Program and helping me to get the phone that every other employee of Verizon that I had spoken with told me was not available for my plan. Came in after a dead battery needing a new phone asap. Ben provided excellent and smooth service, going out of his way. I left feeling confident in Verizon and extremely satisfied with my new phone.

I just left this kiosk in the Pioneer Place Mall. Sean Hicks was my customer service rep and he was awesome! He really listened to my needs and concerns and got me something that fit my needs and my budget. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with Verizon or any mall kiosk. Thanks, Sean!
