My homes vinyl windows need replacement glass. I had condensation and they say because of issues with spacer they used 10+ years ago. Patrick help me and gave me discount even out of warranty time. Thank you for being fair and explain the situation to me.

I have a 5 section bow window its 9 years old . I have had the sections replaced over and over and they still fail ! Now the manufacturer doesn't return calls or emails and I'm stuck with a window that steams up between the panes ! Stay Away !
