Whatever you do, do not rent from these people. They are terribly unprofessional and your electric bill will be unreasonable because they are afraid of fires. You will also not get your security deposit back as they will pay a cleaning company (that they own) out of it saying you didn't clean well enough.

I highly recommend living here! Lisa and Brian are amazing landlords, and have always been responsive and courteous. They select other respectful and kind tenants who make Diamond Willow a safe, homey community
