The beginning of the journey of trying to find placement for my loved one was not the easiest road map. My time as the nursing supervisor at Diamond Willow in Cloquet has been incredibly rewarding. It has been a privilege to care for our residents and to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate team. The staff here truly embody the spirit of care and kindness, showing unwavering commitment to each resident in every interaction. I am deeply grateful for the sense of family we’ve built together and the meaningful moments we’ve shared.
Great place to work!
I currently work here, the facility is beautiful and a great option for those looking for a place that is a little more like home than a traditional nursing home. There are multiple different levels of care able to be provided here including care for those with dementia. The staff is caring, attentive, and always trying to improve the daily lives of the people we serve.
I’m the new nursing supervisor at Diamond Willow and have been part of the team since May. It’s been such a rewarding experience caring for our residents, and I’m excited to continue growing with our dedicated work family here in Cloquet.
