I had a great experience with Diamond West Storage. The grounds are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The layout is wide open, making access to the units incredibly easy—no tight turns or cramped spaces, which makes a big difference when moving in or out. I can honestly say,.. you can't find a better storage facility then "Diamond West Storage"!! The pricing, location, Days/Hours (you can utilize the unit) and customer service are the BEST!!! With the owners kindness, customer service, and quick communication response I only hope he has a open unit for you to experience what I have!! 5+ STARS ALL the way!!!
It is not often in this climate we seem to live in that you find a Person who is Kind, Considerate and Compassionate and does not Price Gouge on his units well that’s Person is the Owner of Diamond West Storage. His Units are so clean no bugs etc. and most important as a Senior of 75 I feel perfectly safe if I’m alone there by myself. Prices are great!!
The owner is super nice! Made the process easy and affordable!
