I am not one to normally give reviews, but after having just a service call I need to. Today I had my water softener serviced by Jacob. Jacob was very thorough, polite and an ultimate professional. I am thoroughly impressed and do not regret my decision to having Diamond H20 handling my water conditioning needs.
They installed a new Water Softener. Not going into detail, I was not happy with part of the install. Called them and they made it right.

New $4K system, it eats salt. Try to get them out to check on it, it’s under warranty (they won’t come out). Its not working right. Rude service ☹️
Have used Diamond H20 for some time now. Recently we have had a pressure issue. Eric came out and made recommendations. Rick came out to do the work. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the scheduled work he stayed until the pressure issue was solved. The work Rick did could only have been done by someone with experience and desire to finish with everything done correctly. Thank you Diamond H20!!!!
