They installed a new Water Softener. Not going into detail, I was not happy with part of the install. Called them and they made it right.

New $4K system, it eats salt. Try to get them out to check on it, it’s under warranty (they won’t come out). Its not working right. Rude service ☹️
Have used Diamond H20 for some time now. Recently we have had a pressure issue. Eric came out and made recommendations. Rick came out to do the work. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the scheduled work he stayed until the pressure issue was solved. The work Rick did could only have been done by someone with experience and desire to finish with everything done correctly. Thank you Diamond H20!!!!
Was seeking home water filter. Woman who answered phone knew exactly what I was talking about, said they carried them, checked to make sure there was one in stock for me, told me the exact cost, and produced it for me half an hour later. Great service.
