Going downhill quick. People will go ahead and activate the gate and just sit there and talk to whoever is at the little kiosk forever and the gate wont activate for you, extremely annoying, the water has decreased substantially now leaving soap all over the car making you need the wipe at the end. The wipes are used on multiple cars just leaving oil residue all over the car.
