Towed when we broke down, roadside assistance had us on hold, but as far as the company with the warranty, they helped us out in a pinch,,me and my daughter do not know anything about cars and repairs.. Not fun being a girl with a car issue... Thanks Diamond for your help!

I recently purchased a used 2012,, it started to act up so I took it to a shop and called the warranty I have. The adjuster went over my coverage, advised me that it is an aftermarket warranty and they only cover aftermarket prices... Again,,, It is a 2012,, aftermarket is fine.. I did my own research and they actually paid more than the part was at my Oriellys. I read these reviews and people would swear they bought a brand new factory warranty! thank for the assistance diamond... 200 well spent!
