Called for emergency assistance and was immediately cussed out by the owner. Not helpful at all.
We had a new washing machine and dryer delivered this Saturday morning, and we needed to get everything up and running, in order to be able to test them for defects within the 48-hour timeframe dictated by our purchase agreement. The delivery date was only 3 days from our purchase date, and we were having trouble locating a licensed plumber to hook up the new gas dryer, before receiving the delivery order.
