Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Gregor and the whole staff at DV Vet Clinic have been absolutely amazing at helping us to export our dog to Australia. Not only did they spend extra time to make sure that all of the tests and vaccinations were done on time, they squeezed us into their busy schedule to help redo some paper so we could get our pup on the plane. I cannot express the amount of care and effort that this clinic puts in to both animal care and customer service. The times that I have visited for critical situations have been met with urgency and great knowledge, and routine visits are a pleasure for both animal and customer alike. I cannot say better things about the veterinarians, front end staff and entirety of this facility. For all of my animals from cats to goats, this is our first stop and first recommended.
We brought in a tiny kitten we had just rescued, and the team at Diamond Valley Vet was incredible from start to finish. They were kind, gentle, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know to give her the best start. You could really tell they care deeply about animals—and the people who bring them in. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and we felt completely at ease knowing our little one was in good hands. So grateful for their help and support during such an important moment!
