Nightmare! Dog on the counter. Made me wait weeks for appointment when I had an infection and in pain. Then pushed appointments out. Took 4 months to finish a bridge. When I asked Dr. for antibiotic to help with infection. I was told no, thats just a band aid. The assistant (Kim) had no mask and coughed all over the place. She dragged the xray equipment across my forehead twice. The last time I left they told me my portion was $198. (I have Insurance) When I asked why, I paid $3100 in July...they could not tell me why. Dr. Kit and his staff are outstanding. I actually interviewed 3 different dental offices for implants and they ruled 100%. I am so glad I talked with Dr. Kit and staff.....they treated me like family and I couldn't be one bit more grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of what was best for me. Thanks a million Dr. Kit and Staff.....

I used this clinic for 2 years mostly because it was closer to where I lived with no complaints. I went in there 7 weeks ago because I had pain in the back of my mouth and I could what look like tonsil stones. I had read and been told Dentists take care of tonsil stones and keep an eye out for throat cancer all the time. This clinic told me to go see an. ear nose and throat doctor without even seeing me. Long story short because I use the VA it took me weeks to even see my primary care doctor to even get an ENT referral. ... read more

One characteristic that is important to me is standing behind what you say you will do. I was told on several occasions that there would be no charge for me for the dental work I was considering. But even after several verifications by me of that commitment I was presented with a large bill after the work was done. My trust is gone. Now I plan on finding another dentist.

Dr. Lorraine Clark ruined my smile and mouth. She aggressively pushed procedures that I did not need all so she could charge extreme amounts of money. I am still in pain a year after her dental work.

The new, rookie dentist who is Catron's son, is arrogant, rude, and completely ill-equiped to be working on parents. He was dismissive and cocky and obviously benefitting from daddy's nepotism. Worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. Stay away!!!

Sorry to report that ever since the one dentist left here that this has not been a good place to go. Care is not attentive; staff is hurried, confused and disinterested. Cancellation of appointments after reschedules and months in advance is routine. NOT the place for real dental care.

THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. THEY PUT MY OVERALL HEALTH AT RISK WITH A PERSISTENT PERIDONTAL ABCESS. THE BILLING AND INSURANCE DEPARTMENT IS NOT UP TO DATE ON CODING ETC AND SEEM TO BE INCOMPETENT . THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF HAS A HIGH TURN OVER RECENTLY. I HAVE NOT BEEN PLEASED WITH MY LAST VISITS WITH DR. ST JOHN OR MY ABSTRACTION WITH DR EGAN. I HAVE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING DENTIST TO CONTACT ME IN REGARDS TO DENTAL EMERGENCIES ECT.
