The lack of professionalism and respect shown is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this practice if you value your time and expect a basic level of professional conduct. The experience with this practise and Dr. Martin Grinter in particular has left us deeply frustrated and disappointed, and I sincerely hope others do not have to endure the same treatment.
