Two other mechanics in Greensborough were too busy for me but here at Diamond Valley Autocare they saved me from a bad start to my day by helping me out with a punctured tyre repair on the spot, with a reasonable $35 fee. The young man who helped with the repair did a good quick 15min job and I was already on my way back to work. This type of customer service deserves a mention and has won my appreciation to bringing my car in next time for a service. Thanks again for your help.
I’d give a zero star if it was an option. I took a 6 month old Subaru WRX wheel in for a puncture repair. Picked it up only to find the at they had put scratches and a gouge in the wheel face and damage on the wheel barrel from the tyre changer. The boss was going to call me back later in the day but didn’t. Avoid this place at all costs.
