I bought a truck from Alpine, Truck Sales. They said it was DOT ready and then I had an airbag blew out should’ve never happened. Make sure you have a mechanic to look it over real well. Don’t listen to them their mechanics lie if you have any chance do not buy any trucks through Alpine.

Absolute horrible post purchase assistance. The sales team refuses to take calls. Manager absolutely resuses to speak with the customer. The support team originally will speak with you, then refuses to take calls to complete the complaint. Highly recommend finding another company to use.

Never again! I bought a truck from them and they didn’t start my title work for two weeks. Every time I ask for an update, I just keep getting told that they are waiting for one. Now I have a truck that I can’t put to work because I can’t get a plate. If I’m lucky, I’ll only have to make one payment while I wait. I will never buy from them again and I will definitely steer people away from this place unless they are not in any hurry to work. I absolutely will not recommend this company to anybody.

“I purchased my truck on May 8th, but it wasn’t until the beginning of June—over a month later—that I received the title. Throughout this time, they did not engage with me at all. When I called, they never answered, and none of their promises were kept. I invested a lot in this truck, but it just sat there, unused, and it cost me so much. If you are planning to buy a truck, I strongly advise you not to purchase from them. They left me in a very difficult situation.”
