This dealership has some practices that really should make people think twice before doing business with them. They make it seem like you’re fully approved, take your deposit, and have you sign a buyer’s order then later send your application to a bunch of different banks. My experience with Diamond Truck Sales has not been a good experience. I purchased a 2019 Volvo from Nicholas on July 22, 2025. I actually picked up the truck from the Ft. Worth location. They wasn't aware that I was picking it up. I had to take the truck to be inspected and weighted. The truck had a blown airbag that was replaced and also side lights that weren't working. My husband purchased a 2019 Volvo by salesman Nicolas on Tuesday, July 22, 2019, and by Friday, July 25,2025, the truck fell dead on him while loaded. He contacted Loves Roadside assistance, and the mechanic discovered that the truck had not been serviced as the fuel filter was filled with black slug, and he was told the fuel pump needs replacing.
