Exceptional service. They remade my engagement ring. Beautifully designed and made. Also my go too for my jewellery repairs.
I had a very delicate and intricate ring with cracks, and they repaired it perfectly at a very reasonable price. I initially only wanted the cracks fixed, but they went above and beyond by also polishing my ring and restoring its original shape, as it had a slight dent. super friendly and very professional. came in last minute and they handled us well with such kindness.
10/10 store. Customer service is well and truly still alive here! I enquired with multiple jewellers to have my engagement ring cleaned and each came back at >$70 and taken away for a few days. Not these guys, the cleaned the ring on the spot and didn’t charge me. I was so appreciative! Good ol customer service. I’ll be back for all my jewellery needs. Highly recommend.
