I can’t say enough great things about Diamond Traces. My husband purchased my engagement ring from them 12 years ago, and about a month ago a diamond fell out of the band. When I called Leo, he immediately pulled up all of our original order details. I sent my ring in to have the diamond replaced, free of charge, we decided to upgrade the diamond while it was there. From start to finish, I was treated amazingly and updated throughout the entire process with video clips showing the various stages of ring being worked on.
