Ordered a grinder. Looked good out of the box. Started grinding. Right side barely grinds, loose bolts, motor jointer crooked on chassis. Diamond tool store isn’t doing anything about. I know there’s warranty on a brand new machine and I get ghosted by my sales person. He always says “expect a call back in an hour” 2 days later it’s nothing I have to call. Of course he has no answers or solutions to the problem. Highly suggest not buying here.
I recently purchased a Makita impact gun. It was pictured with a charger, battery and bag. Since it was $120 more than buying the gun alone from Makita and other retailers I thought it was a package deal and failed to read all the fine print. Diamond tool took 5 days to process the order and after paying an additional $52 in freight the tool took almost a week to arrive after being shipped. So If you really like over paying for equipment and freight Diamond Tool is definitely the company for you.

Although I have no problem with the products or prices, the shipping costs are outrageous. Customer service is nonexistent.
Absolutely terrible products and customer service, the diamonds I ordered fell apart within minutes , these people refuse to do anything about it but offer me another set at a 30% discount.
