Although I have no problem with the products or prices, the shipping costs are outrageous. Customer service is nonexistent.
Absolutely terrible products and customer service, the diamonds I ordered fell apart within minutes , these people refuse to do anything about it but offer me another set at a 30% discount.
I placed a very expensive order and paid nearly 500 for shipping, I have called more than enough times and have yet to reach anyone… I am getting worried after reading all these reviews can someone contact me regarding my order it’s been over 3 weeks with out an update on my purchase
Read reviews first...Stay away from this place they will scam you. I place an order for pcd grinding segments for $97 set of 9 piece Next day I received a call from the store asking me for $900 dollars for the 9 set piece
