Broken box and bad service So I bought one of their thantos box mods and some juice because I was from another state and thought it would be a good idea to get something from the area that was apparently made in shop. Then I find out after the sale that the button is giving out and pulse fires or doesn't even fire at all. My build was way above the .1 limit which doesn't seem safe to begin with. Awesome vape store!! The best vape store I've been to this far. Never sold me anything that was garbage and were very helpful! Brian and Blake are very sociable people and will help you out with anything!! Hands down!

Great Store, Staff and Products This is a true story that I want to share. My husband, his name is Gil used to smoke since he was 9 years old; now he is 54, he always state that he was not going to quit his cigarettes for nothing. No Smoke Screens Here Diamond Vapor lounge of Jacksonville is hands down the best in the area. They don't try to sell you crap. They take the time to inform you and teach you. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and they are always willing to help. Hands down the best place around by far.

My favorite vape shop I've been to 3 different shops in town and this is by far the best e-cigarette shop I've seen, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, always stocked with that you need, and just the best environment you can ask for. I've told all my friends about it and they always come back.

best store in Jacksonville Great staff the manger chad knows alot about the products they sell. With your first purchase you get a bottle of mt. Baker vapor which is the best juice in Jacksonville. I recomend hawk sauce. The store also sells many diffrent kinds of mods and has the knowledge to go with it. Definitely give them a try

Absolutely the best! I'm very new to vaping and this was the first place I tried, a buddy of mine said we should check it out so we did, I was in there for 4 hours and it was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Best customer service of ANYWHERE in jacksonville. If your a local or passing through jville, you should defiantly stop by and check them out!!
