Great store to get your vape gear fast. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have no matter how long it takes. They are very friendly and don't push you to buy anything.
I love the Express Shop for when I just need something quick. The staff is always very knowledgeable on what type of juice I'd enjoy (never been disappointed after I've left,) and they are extremely helpful. If you don't have time to stop at the actual lounge, the Express Shop is perfect!

Customer service is top-notch at DTV. Walked in today and had a problem with my mod. I spoke with Bo and he was able to identify the problem and provided an immediate solution to fix it. He educated me on different types of coils and even gave me a tutorial on how to properly wick. This place is better than any other vape shop in Jacksonville. I highly recommend them and if you have any problems Bo can definitely get the job done.
