UPDATE: This was our third time working with Diamond Tech Garage Service, and once again, it was a breeze! They did a fantastic job replacing our broken torsion spring, and even added a secondary spring so we could still use the door if one fails. Short version: A repair worth $300, and they are the only team I would trust with my Garage Door, I'm truly satisfied. Long Version: I had a damaged spring and I contacted a rival company. Their technician, Luke, arrived and started with what seemed like a rehearsed sales talk. Apparently, the rival company's staff work on commission and are motivated to charge more. My special needs son, bless his heart, had just finished shoveling the driveway and placed the shovel back in the garage.
