I have been with Diamond T for many years. I have had to mail checks in the past that were very slow in arriving and they have always contacted me if things were amiss. They have always worked with us. Units are clean, easlily accessible, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
We've been renting a Diamond T storage unit since October 2021, and my dad had rented with them for years prior. We've always had fast and courteous replies and service, even when our rent payments were late.
They sold my stuff without so much as a text I have paid rent I would not rent from them gi somewhere that is responsible. I'm sueing
