I love Diamond Strong fitness! I have been going to Diamond Strong for just about two years now, and the environment is exactly what I needed. I go to Lacey‘s classes, and they are amazing. I feel supported and encouraged! I have grown not only in strength, but confidence! I can’t wait to see where I am in another two years!
Amazing gym for east Coast travelers who don't want to adjust their sleep schedules. The 24 hour access is wonderful, and the gym is incredibly well equipped for weightlifting. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
I have become a believer in this wonder therapy, called Cryotherapy, pulled muscles and bruising vanishes after only a few sessions. The machine that this gym has is amazing, even faster than I expected. I can't be anymore pumped for such a quick recovery after a pulled quad.
