I have to say I have never written a bad review for a company but this is the exception I Bought a truck from Diamond State and the next day it would not start had to put $1500 into it to just get it running it still had issues and when I tried to talk to the owner I got put off and was not able to get ahold of him for days When I did I was told it is AS IS so sorry for your luck it happens Really put a sour taste in my mouth , As the salesman told me they would help me out and the owner made it very clear that nothing would... read more

In response to Carey: We did not do the title work (initially) because the customer requested to do her own title work since she was registering the vehicle out of state (Maryland), thus, we did not charge her for tax,tag,title,or registration (in fact, we refunded money back to her because her bank wrote the check to include the DMV fees, which we refunded back to her). The worst Experience Ever. DONT BUY FROM Diamond State Motor Brokers at ANY location. A big purchase should be a great experience. But when working with this Used Car Dealer you wont get that. You will get this. Lies, ripped off, loss of $, loss of time at work and a dangerous vehicle to drive that you now are responsible to fix in less than 3 months of purchase. Dry rotted tires on the inside, lights defected, even something as minor as wiper blades. We were guaranteed the vehicle pass MD state inspect and it did NOT. They ... read more
