The existing tinting on my drivers side window was failing and creating distortion so I stopped in early morning and David was able to take me right in. When I got home I noticed a tiniest of bubble on the bottom and called David. I took it back over and they insisted on replacing it right then and there! Talk about great customer service/satisfaction! Now I'm going to look into Diamond Star for my Lincoln Town Car tinting that I have wanted to do forever but was concerned about who to take it to.
