When I moved in the rent was 525 per month and included water, sewer, and garbage. New corporate owner immediately made us start paying utilities. Then the next year proceeded to increase my rent by $45.00 a month every year since my rent and utilities now cost me around $900.00 a month. Almost half of my ss check. Management is lousy.
If you were born before 1920 and love nepotism in the management department, then you are going to love this place 😂
Rent is outrageous 1000.00 a month! People are not expected to take care of there yards. The mobile home park on Patterson Dr. is beautifully kept and rent is 725.00 a month if your not next to the lake
