I attempted to engage Diamond Solutions to repair a cinder block basement wall. They were difficult to talk (DM) with. They said they would come out on Wednesday, April 23rd at 9am. At 9:07am I received a DM telling me their guy broke down on the highway and asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday (the only day I can take off work). I’d like to give a big shout out to Cole and Diamond Solutions Crawlspaces.  These young men sealed and encapsulated our crawlspace several years ago. Our sump pump quit working this week and they came out today (on a Saturday!) and replaced our sump pump and are providing a solution to the water in our crawlspace. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them.

I had one of the worst crawl space issues ever. Diamond came in and transformed the whole situation. Vapor lock, vent fans, sump pumps. They also repaired water lines and broken sewer lines. They were tremendous - all the guys - professional yet personable. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I couldn't be more pleased.
