We paid Diamond Shield for three windows over TWO months ago. Tim Stapp, the owner has NEVER contacted us to schedule the installation. He will not answer phone messages or calls. He appears as a very positive, friendly guy. Sad to say...that is just an act. Be careful. If you hire him, don't pay until the job is complete. We hired Tim Stapp who was working under the name Homes R Us Global to remodel our bathroom. He had his laborer, Radu Ihut, do the work. We paid him $5k which was half down as customary, he insisted on another $2500 which we paid, and that left a remaining balance of $2500. We paid his laborer 1k the last day he worked because we had to get the rest out of the bank.
